I was delighted with my experience working with Ali and Jenn on my non-fiction book, "The Writer's Crucible." Both were professional, competent and timely in their work as well as friendly and supportive in our interactions. I slept through most of the grammar lessons in school, so they had their work cut out doing line editing on my manuscript. But they were cheerful and positive throughout the process and I never once felt like a dunce. One of my best friends boasts of being able to find at least a dozen errors in any book he reads, but after completing my book he admitted that he had found none! Way to go, Ali and Jen. My only regret is that i didn't know of Indigo a few years earlier when I published my first novel. But, I do now and I will always return for their help with a finished project. And, I recommend the good people of Indigo to all my writing friends all over the country. That's how good they are.
